Sisterhood

Its unique project that symbolize a relationship between girls based on trust, respect and mutual support. Several times a month we gather 80 ladies from 11-17 yo creating an open space for discussion in safe space around the topics that are essential for young ladies like hygiene, sanitation, personal goals and self-esteem. We provide practical support as sanitation tools.

Lack of sanitary feminine hygiene options remains a pressing problem throughout in Ghana. Without hygiene options, girls miss school in 3 months in the year scale. We provide education but also practical support as sanitation tools and pads because we believe they deserve comprehensive information for important time of puberty.
