The Back to School - Preschool supplies for Kids project is more than just an initiative; it’s a movement that emphasizes the transformative power of education. Many preschool and early elementary school children are unable to begin their education due to barriers such as poverty, lack of access to educational materials, and limited awareness of the value of education in some communities. According to data from educational and non-governmental organizations, the percentage of children not attending school in this age group is approximately 30–40%, especially in rural areas.
By giving children in Ghana the opportunity to return to school with the right tools and motivation, we are investing in their future and, in turn, the future of our country. Education is the key to a better future, and the "Preschool supplies for Kids" project in the village of Duadze aims to support the youngest children in gaining knowledge and skills that will form the foundation of their future development.
The backpacks include essential school supplies, such as school uniforms, notebooks, pens, and crayons, as well as books that nurture children’s imagination and creativity. This provides preschoolers with the chance to be better prepared for primary school and to develop crucial social skills.
By supporting the "Preschool supplies for Kids" initiative, you are not only contributing to improving the quality of education in Ghana but also building intercultural bridges. Each backpack represents not only materials but also hope for a brighter future for children who dream of gaining knowledge and pursuing their passions. Together, we can change the lives of the youngest and inspire them to take action!
