Holiday camp in duadze

Sports, Arts and the Joy of Community.

Three unforgettable days filled with laughter, energy and creativity – that’s how we will remember this year’s sports and arts holiday camp in Duadze. We were thrilled to welcome 150 participants from five neighboring villages, ranging in age from 3 to 23. Despite the differences in age, everyone shared the same excitement and eagerness to join the activities.

The program was rich and colorful. Besides the artistic workshops, children and youth got to try their skills in all sorts of competitions – not only the “classic” ones. There were thrilling 100-meter sprints, hilarious sack races with rice bags, and the ever-funny egg-and-spoon runs that had everyone cheering and laughing. No matter their age or ability, each participant found a place to shine.
To add even more joy and energy, we danced together – moments that brought us closer, gave a rosy glow to our cheeks and reminded us that celebration is just as important as competition. The playground became a space where physical challenges and creative expression blended beautifully.

The highlight of the camp was the inter-village football tournament, held in honor of a recently deceased member of our team. It was not only a time of healthy competition but also a moving tribute of gratitude, unity and remembrance – values that remain at the very heart of our community.

These three days proved once again how powerful togetherness can be. The joy, laughter and energy of the children will remain with us for a long time, inspiring us to continue creating spaces where both hearts and talents can flourish.
