At the Janusz Korczak Day Care Center, we teach our children that education extends far beyond books; it is rooted in culture, history, and identity.
The name "Duadze" means "under the tree." Legend has it that long ago, a young priestess led her people from Techiman to this location, where they discovered food, water, and peace beneath a magnificent tree. Believing it to be a gift from their ancestors, they decided to settle there and named the village Duadze.
Today, our children continue to carry this story forward, learning the values of gratitude, belonging, and the power of understanding their own heritage.
