We celebrate the 5th anniversary

Today is a very special day, we are celebrating the 5th birthday of Janusz Korczak Kindergarten. It is a huge success! We can celebrate this wonderful anniversary thanks to exceptional work of our team of 8 people, who work so hard each day , but also thanks to a lot of friends who are constantly cheering us on in this journey.
We were honored by the presence of distinguished guests. Chief Nana Apprepotwe himself, his deputy Nana Quansah and Queen Nana Felicia Opoku Mensah. There were also representatives from the school council, the board of educators of nearby schools and the residents of the village.

There was as educational performance prepared for this special occasion by the older students of Janusz Korczak Kindergarten, a short educational show and a beautiful dance. We had also tremendous support from the elementary school students and the young women from the club which is part of Start from Ghana Foundation. The Village Chief delivered a special laudation as a recognition of the achievements to the Directors of SFGF Eddie and Monica Quarcoo for their work in the village. The Directors couple donated computer equipment to the elementary school, which plays a significant educational role in the village. We believe that this is just the beginning of such an important development of educational activities. Following the words of N.Mandela - "Education is the most powerful weapon you can use to change the world."
